As a Full Time or Part Time Store Associate, you would deliver world-class customer experience to all customers by receiving and processing packages for shipments and drop-offs. Help customers with their personal and business needs by operating copiers, fax machines, binding, laminating equipment, and point-of-sale devices. You’ll learn how to become a Pack & Ship expert which will help our customers by providing information and support for all the products, services, and best-value options.

We are in the customer experience industry! A friendly helpful demeanor, professional appearance, and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude will be crucial to your success. You’re going to learn the ins and out of The UPS Store retail operation so get ready to be a sponge! But don’t worry! We will train you along the way so you can work confidently to help our customers!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email

· Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership

· Pack & Ship expert for our customers by offering custom solutions through cross-selling & up-selling

· Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others

· Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment

· Become a Print Solutions Advisor fulfilling customer requests and incoming work orders

· Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or GED required

· Outstanding phone skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math

· Prompt, reliable, and responsible

· Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task

· Able to lift 50+ pounds on a daily basis

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!

· Ability to pass a background check to become a Notary Public
